The primary reason for you to remain in our database is to receive free report updates. When we publish supplemental material, we notify customers by e-mail and distribute electronic copies for anyone who opts in to receive them.
Over the years, we've found that most of the people who've contacted us in the past want to stay in touch. Some customers or site visitors may have market questions we can answer, or there's something new we're offering that they're interested in. Approximately 5% of our customers become colleagues we communicate with on a regular basis.
